Executive Vice President and Investment Manager, Suffolk Capital
Michael Tsandilas serves as Executive Vice President and Investment Manager for Suffolk Capital. In that role, Mr. Tsandilas focuses on Co-GP investments with real estate developers in select developments across the country. Prior to Suffolk Ventures, Mr. Tsandilas was a senior vice president with Hilco Real Estate, where he managed the asset management and investment activities related to the company’s industrial portfolio. In his 10 years at Hilco Real Estate, he managed more than $250 million in investments. Prior to Hilco, Michael spent 15 years in commercial real estate loan origination and underwriting with major lenders, including Bank of America, TriSail Capital and Anglo Irish Bank.

Vice President, Suffolk Capital
Sara Myerson serves as Vice President for Suffolk Capital. She joined Suffolk Capital in March 2019 and brings a strong background in real estate, finance and policy, along with expertise in neighborhood redevelopment and public private partnerships. Prior to her work at Suffolk Capital, Ms. Myerson served as the Director of Planning at the Boston Planning and Development Agency, where she oversaw the agency’s work related to planning, urban design and zoning. She began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she spent time in the Urban Investment Group and the Investment Banking Division.

Associate, Suffolk Capital
As a Suffolk Capital Associate, Adam is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and asset management of the organization's national investments. Mr. Benjamin leverages his experience in construction management to provide insight into the financial impacts of project design and logistics. Previously, Mr. Benjamin held numerous operational roles within Suffolk Capital's affiliate, Suffolk Construction, where he executed the financial management of more than $300 million in construction projects throughout Boston and Rhode Island.
