Independent Director, Goldman Sachs

Mark A. Flaherty is an Independent Director of Goldman Sachs and serves on the Audit, Risk and Governance Committees for the organization. Previous to his role at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Flaherty worked at Wellington Management Company, LLP, where he served as the Director of Global Investment Services and as Partner and Senior Vice President. During his tenure at Wellington, Mr. Flaherty also served as the Vice Chairman of Global Investment Services. Previous to Wellington, Mr. Flaherty worked at Standish Mellon Asset Management Company LLC (previously known as Standish, Ayer & Wood) where he served as a Partner and Director of Equity Trading.
